Textile and chemical fiber
Leverage the process waste heat in the form of steam, hot water, and esterification steam as the driving heat sources for the lithium bromide unit. This setup enables the production of chilled water at a temperature of 5 °C or higher to meet the cooling requirements of air - conditioning systems or industrial processes.
Take a certain chemical fiber project as an example. By recovering the heat of esterification steam, the total cooling capacity reaches 11,630 kW. Compared with electric refrigeration, the annual operation time is 8,000 hours.
