marine unit
By reclaiming the heat from the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine and the cylinder jacket water, and using it as the driving heat source for the lithium bromide unit, and through optimizing the structure and materials, the unit can withstand the effects of ship swaying and seawater corrosion. It can produce chilled water at 5°C or higher to meet the requirements of air - conditioning refrigeration.
Take a 30,000 - ton passenger - ro - ro ship as an example. By recovering the heat from the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine and the cylinder jacket water, the cooling capacity reaches 900 kW. With an annual operation of 3,240 hours, this can save 116 tons of diesel consumption annually.
