Coking of steel

Heating process (waste heat recovery of ammonia distillation tower)
The process uses lithium bromide absorption type two heat pump, lithium bromide absorption type two heat pump is characterized by the output heat temperature is higher than the temperature of the driving heat source, can widely recover more than 60℃ low temperature waste heat, generally make more than 100℃ high temperature hot water or steam (through the flash tank), can meet the needs of process heat。
Taking the ammonia steaming process of a coking plant as an example, the heat of ammonia steam at the top of the tower is used as the driving heat source, and hot water above 100℃ is generated as the supplementary heat source for the bottom heating of the tower, which can save 26,400 tons of steam per year。
Refrigeration technology
By recovering the heat of circulating ammonia water in the coke plant, the low-pressure steam generated by the coke quenching waste heat generation, the coke oven gas power generation, the heat of the hot water in the upper section of the primary cooler, etc., as the driving heat source of the lithium bromide unit, the cold water at 16℃ is produced to meet the refrigeration requirements of the lower section of the primary cooler。
Taking a coking plant as an example, the heat of ammonia water was recovered by an ammonia-type lithium bromide absorption unit with a total cooling capacity of 9,300kW. Compared with electric refrigeration, the annual operation is 3,600h。
